Use your @signbadgers.com account so every app opens. Story and Fields and Riverwood accounts can sign in too, but only the apps that accept them will load.

Sales targets

Sales-order value (before tax) the shop is aiming for. Leave a month blank to use a twelfth of the annual number.

How ShopVox states are counted

Comma-separated, not case-sensitive. Adjust these if a number looks off — the Home cards show the state and stage breakdowns so you can see what's being counted.

ShopVox history (backfill)

New orders arrive through the ShopVox webhook. To fill in history for "vs last year", the sync walks backwards from a sales-order number until it reaches the cutoff date.

Import ShopVox history

One-time load from a ShopVox report export so "vs last year" is complete without walking the API. Run Reports → Sales Orders with Line Items (Jan 1 of last year to today) and Reports → Invoices (open ones), export as CSV or Excel, and load them here. Orders that already arrived live are left alone.

QuickBooks Online Not connected

Create a free app at developer.intuit.com (Production keys, scope Accounting) and paste its keys. The redirect URI to register there is the qboCallback function URL from your deploy output.

Stripe Not connected

In Stripe → Developers → API keys, create a restricted key with read access to Balance, Payouts and Balance transactions (nothing else), and paste it here. It is checked against Stripe before it is saved.

Admins see the ShopVox numbers and this page. One email per line.
